Each property in 100 Market Group’s portfolio is first and foremost a commercial office building. Working with the building architects and engineers, we have located the building core and structural elements in order to assure ultimate flexibility when fitting out the space for our tenants.

All 100 Market Group buildings are equipped with the necessary cabling and additional duct space to accommodate future changes in technology. While office fit-outs are constructed to meet the needs of the incoming tenants, as a developer/owner/manager, we use only the highest quality materials so as to ensure a truly professional office environment for our tenants and their clients.


While a large percentage of 100 Market Group’s portfolio consists of office space, we are aware that a retail presence is needed at the street level to create a more vibrant building for our tenants as well as for each specific locality. The ground floors of our properties accommodate retail banking operations, a regional quality jeweler, a national clothing brand and others.

100 Market Group provides as many floor-to-ceiling windows along the street as possible and strive to help retail tenants maximize their customer base while, simultaneously, creating a more aesthetically pleasing experience for those entering or even walking by our properties.


Anyone who has tried to retrofit building space to accommodate a restaurant knows that it is neither easy nor inexpensive. As a result, 100 Market Group identifies potential locations for restaurants in our properties and include the necessary venting and plumbing early on during the construction process. Much in the same way we value a retail presence, we feel a restaurant in the building has added benefits for our tenants and attracts others to the building.

An extension of 100 Market Group’s desire for restaurants in our properties has led us to pursue a member-supported club concept in one property and engaging an established regional restaurateur in another. Offering only the highest quality dining experience, both concepts provides meeting and event space that complements the needs of individuals and businesses alike.


While 100 Market Group is familiar with incorporating the necessary audio-visual equipment into our properties, this was a new endeavor for us. The addition of a 3-screen non-profit arts cinema has added a significant new dimension to the property by providing a mix of independent films and major motion pictures.

The two larger cinemas are equipped with state-of-the-art audio systems, digital projection equipment and stadium-style seating. The smaller cinema is flexibly designed with removable seats in order to host workshops, special showings, receptions and other art or business-related functions to meet the varied needs of 100 Market Group’s tenants and the surrounding community.


100 Market Group’s expansion into the hotel business was a natural extension to complement our restaurant and cinema tenants. With our focus on New Hampshire’s historic downtowns, we jumped at the opportunity to establish a downtown boutique hotel that is distinctly New Hampshire.

Scheduled to open in the first half of 2018, 100 Market Group has engaged premier consultants to design and operate our new hotel. As a truly independent hotel, we plan to customize the experience to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers looking to unique different experience.
